Welcome to Thalia Botsari! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Thalia Botsari Studio offers  prints, fabric and cushions for sale through our online platform. By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept the specific conditions regarding use, delivery, and returns of these products.

3. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT as required by German law. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options as indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before the delivery of any fabric, cushions or print.

5. Original Artworks and Prints Purchases

– Original Artworks: Each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Once purchased, ownership of the artwork is transferred to the buyer upon full payment, and it will be shipped to the address provided.

– Prints:Our prints are high-quality reproductions of original artworks. They are available in various sizes and formats as specified on the product pages. Prints are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission from Thalia Botsari

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship artworks, prints and fabrics to Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Thalia Botsari is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling fees are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Prints: All prints are custom made, and therefore, they are not refundable or exchangeable. If your print or the frame of your print has been damaged in transit, please get in touch at [email protected] and leave a message WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the print. We will request photos of the damages, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original box or tube.

Original Artworks: Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. If your original artwork or its frame has been damaged in transit, please get in touch at [email protected] and leave a message WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the artwork. We will request photos of the damages, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the original artwork in its original box or tube.

Fabrics & Cushions: Fabrics and Cushions are made to order and cannot be returned. In case of a quality issue, please send us photos, and we will process your request for a replacement. We recommend ordering a sample beforehand, as slight color variations may occur due to individual monitor settings. If your fabric has been damaged in transit, please get in touch at [email protected] and leave a message WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the fabric. We will request photos of the damages, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the fabric/cushion in its original box. Please check your fabric before cutting as cut fabric cannot be returned.

Made in small batches, our textiles may show slight variations in color, weave, or print — a reflection of natural fibers and hand-crafted processes. We consider up to 10% variation part of their unique character. By purchasing our items you accept this and don’t clarify as faulty.

Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of when the item(s) was received.

Refund Process:

If your return is approved under our policy, we’ll process a refund for the item (minus any shipping fees) to the original form of payment. Trade customers who prefer to receive store credit instead are welcome to get in touch — this can be arranged individually. Please note that we’re not responsible for any third-party charges such as decorator fees or other related costs.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks, including originals, prints and designs used in our fabric and cushions are protected by copyright laws. Thalia Botsari retains all intellectual property rights to the artworks. Purchasing a piece does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly stated.

10. Liability

Thalia Botsari is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
